Returns and Refunds Policy
No Fault Returns
Orders placed using our web ordering system will be produced exactly as specified when ordering. Depending on the category of product goods may be produced within a very short turnaround time. Cancellations made BY TELEPHONE to 01207 529000 before the order has been processed will be valid.
You may notify us in writing or by email that you wish to cancel however there is a risk that the goods may be produced between post or Email being received or read. There is no guarantee that your wished cancellation will be received in time.
If you believe the goods have been produced differently to the way they were ordered we request that you telephone us to discuss and make arrangements for their return. If you return goods to us we request that this is with their original packaging.
They must be unused, unassembled, and be in good clean condition.
We require you to show a duty of care, and to take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and good condition of the goods you wish to return.
In the unlikely event of you receiving faulty goods, please contact us within 48 hours from delivery date and you will be offered the following options.
A replacement or re-selected item will be shipped to you as soon as possible and the faulty item uplifted at our expense.
If you would prefer not to have a replacement or to re-select, we will arrange to uplift the item (which should be wrapped with the original packaging), and if on receipt of the returned item we determine that it is faulty you will receive a full refund.
You will own the goods once we have received your payment in full.
Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions.
